Rooms, Rates, Amenities & Policies

 

Friendship House Bed And Breakfast is an 1830's restored Federal style home.  Enter our foyer and view wallpapered walls including our original winding cherry stairway.  Many rooms still show their wide poplar floors.  Although each room has updated bathrooms, we have tried to maintain the history of our bed and breakfast by furnishing each room with its own ambiance of antiques.

 

Rates:

Sunday through Thursday: $75-85
Friday, Saturday, Special Events, and Holidays: $85-95
Extra Guest: $15

Rates are based on double occupancy, do not include any
applicable taxes, and are subject to change without notice.

Children:  If you are accompanied by children, they must be supervised at all times.

Reservations: A 50% deposit or a major credit card number is required to reserve guest rooms.  Advance reservations are recommended, but we welcome last minute decisions.

Cancellation: Deposits will be refunded if a reservation is canceled more than 48 hours before the reservation date.  For cancellations within 48 hours of the date, deposits will be refunded only if the room can be re-rented.

Breakfast: A Complimentary Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the screened porch.

Parking:  There is plenty of free parking available

Pets & Smoking:  For the health and convenience of all our guests, we are a non-smoking inn (smoking is allowed outdoors), and no pets are permitted.
